L&L Partners Advises SWAMIH Fund In Connection With An Investment In Convertible Debentures

L&L Partners acted for and advised SWAMIH Fund in connection with an investment in the nonconvertible debentures to provide last mile finance for the completion of construction of a group housing project in the state of Rajasthan. 

The Firm assisted the client in negotiating, finalization, and execution of the financing documents and conducted due diligence of the project land and the issuer, vetting of legal pre-commitment conditions and pre-disbursement conditions, and issuance of a closing legal opinion on the due execution/capacity, stamping and enforceability of debenture and security documents.
