Astek is a global player in technology and consulting and the acquisition of Simelabs is a strategic acquisition  done with an intention of setting foot in the Indian market. Simelabs is a Kochi based Company involved in providing IT services and digital products.

LegaLogic advised on negotiation and finalisation of deal documentation and assistance on closure.
