Khaitan & Co advised Axis Asset Management Company Limited in relation to the sale of the entire stake held by Axis New Opportunities AIF - I in Fabindia Limited to SBI Life Insurance Company Limited. Fabindia Limited is engaged in the design, retail and sale of apparel, home and lifestyle products.
