JSA Announces Rajeev Reddy As A Partner In Hyderabad
J. Sagar Associates (JSA) is pleased to welcome Rajeev Reddy as a Partner in our Hyderabad office with effect from 1st April, 2020. We now have two Partners in our Hyderabad office.
Rajeev has over 16+ years of experience in the field of corporate and commercial laws. He has advised leading companies on a wide range of transactions such as private equity investments, cross-border investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, joint developments, setting-up of operations, corporate restructuring, debt funding, public private partnerships and general corporate advisory.
The scope of legal services provided by him are structuring, due-diligence, documentation, negotiation and advice in sectors such as infrastructure, information technology, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, retail, education, mining, online gaming, health care, real estate, telecommunication, manufacturing, seeds, biotechnology, and non-banking financial services.
Rajeev graduated (as a gold medallist) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in the year 2003. Prior to joining JSA, he was a Partner at Tatva Legal, Hyderabad from 2010 onwards.
