Fox & Mandal Advises Patton International

Fox & Mandal advised Patton International Limited, facilitating their endeavour to establish, operate, and maintain a hospital in collaboration with Srishti Hospitals and Research Centre Private Limited for the provision of competitive healthcare services in Tinsukia, Assam.

The Fox & Mandal team helped in structuring of the transaction, drafted the shareholders agreement, vetted lease deeds, and advised on the loan disbursement structure. The new hospital is poised to feature cutting-edge equipment and amenities, to cater to a range of specialties as a multispecialty hospital. The hospital anticipates having a capacity of 110 beds and foresees commencing operations within the next two years.
