Economic Laws Practice (ELP) is seeking a Lawyer (4 to 7 years of work experience) in its Real Estate team Mumbai.
- Role and Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting due diligence of the real estate properties;
- Preparing Reports on Title/Title Certificate;
- Drafting Conveyance Deeds, Development Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Rera Agreement for sale, Lease Deed, Leave and License Agreements etc;
- Drafting opinions
Required Skill Set:
Should be well versed in real estate laws including real estate laws in Maharashtra and keenness to stay updated, from time to time.
