Khaitan and Co advised Lightbox Ventures in relation to USD 7 million Series A investment into Komorebi Tech Solutions Private Limited through the acquisition of equity and preference shares from certain shareholders of Komorebi Tech Solutions. 

Total Consideration: USD 7 Million
