Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advises Quess Corp

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Quess Corp Limited on its proposed sale of 100 per cent shares of Qdigi Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, to Onsite Electro Services Private Limited. Quess Corp is also making a minority investment in Onsite as part of the transaction.
