While the world powers through unprecedented times, there are professionals, innovators & disruptors who have shown unprecedented legal acumen, grit, and conscientiousness in their young career spans—driving the Indian Legal Industry to higher echelons for the world to see. 

To recognize and celebrate the fortitude of our legal minds, BW Legal World is hosting its very first BW Legal World 40 Under 40 Awards.

The event promises to bring good tidings to our society’s professional problem solvers and an eminent platform for stimulating discussions and engagements. The virtual event will be held on September 5, 2020, where 40 outstanding “Legal Eagles” of the Indian legal ecosystem will be selected through a strict jury led process and presented with the BW Legal World 40 Under 40 Award.

Eligibility Criteria 

• Age: The age of the nominee should be less than 40 as on September 5, 2020.
• The nominee should be an Indian citizen.
• The nominee could be a young professional working in the court; a founder of a legal tech startup; or a journalist working in the legal sector.
• The nominee could be a law firm team member or associate; a part of corporate legal team; counsel working with a GC; or an independent practitioner.
