Bar Council of Delhi Hikes Enrolment Fee

The Bar Council of Delhi has hiked the enrollment fee for law graduates looking to register themselves for practice. The notification is effective from January 01, 2021. According to the new notification, a candidate who wants to register immediately after LLB is required to pay INR 14,300 at the time of making the enrollment application. The notice provides a breakup of the enrollment fee. 

The other two categories of applicants include Law graduates from 5-year courses and retired individuals. The application fee has been increased to 20,000 and 35000 respectively in both these cases.

Also, enrolment by circulation fee has been increased from Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 5,000. 

But the enrolment form is still available at Rs. 1,000.
