Ankur is an alumnus of Government Law College, Mumbai and is having over fifteen years of experience in corporate and commercial matters. His legal acumen and business advisory skills have been instrumental in guiding numerous high-stakes transactions, including complex initial public offerings, other equity capital market deals and fund-raising transactions. Recently recognised by Asian Legal Business as India’s Rising Star, he brings extensive experience representing corporates, investment banks and fund houses.
In the newly created Co-Managing Partner role, Mr. Ankur Loona will work alongside Founder and Managing Partner, Mr. R.S. Loona to co-lead the firm’s strategy and operations. His immediate priorities include driving growth initiatives, deepening the capital markets practice and strengthening Alliance Law’s domestic presence. He will also focus on further enhancing the firm’s culture of client service, innovation and professional development.
