Rashmi Deshpande, founder,.is a seasoned lawyer with over 17 years of experience. Before starting Fountainhead Legal, Rashmi was a Partner at Business Law Chamber, and Khaitan & Co. She has also worked with Big Four corporations, including PwC and KPMG. She has represented clients in complex tax national and international disputes, mergers and acquisitions; assisted start-ups in fund raising; and advised on succession planning.
