Rajiv Luthra's Appeal Against Order Staying Mohit Saraf's Termination Resumes in Delhi HC

Delhi HC is currently hearing Rajiv Luthra's appeal challenging the order staying the termination of Mohit Saraf from L&L partnership. 

Advocate Haripriya Padmanabhan makes submissions on behalf of Mr Rajiv K Luthra. Ms Padmanabhan argues that Mr Luthra possesses the right to terminate the partnership since the firm started under his proprietorship. He possesses greater equity and power.

At the last hearing, the court had directed the parties to look for a workable solution while restraining Mr Saraf from physically accessing the offices of L&L Partners.
