Harshit Anand Joins JSA As Retained Partner In Its Corporate & M&A Practice

Harshit Anand has joined the JSA as a Retained Partner in its Corporate & M&A practice at Gurugram office.

With over 10 years of experience, Harshit brings a wealth of expertise in transactional and advisory matters, further boosting the firm’s capabilities in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and regulatory advisory.

Harshit brings significant expertise in advising prestigious clients on high-profile transactions. His extensive experience covers a diverse range of industries, where he has successfully led complex multi-jurisdictional M&A deals and conducted critical internal investigations.

Prior to joining JSA, Harshit was a Partner at AP & Partners and before that he worked at Trilegal. His international experience includes working on a secondment with Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in Tokyo, advising Japanese and global clients on cross-border deals.
